CHICAGO-August 7,2014: Demonstrators from SEIU Local 1 include former union memerbs that were employeed at the 3450 n.Lake Shore Dr.Building.In October 2013 in a money saving move,the building hired Guardian Security to take over the jobs of union employees.Two giant inflatable 'Rats' were in front of the building whcih has become a mascot of companies that have done this.
