19990925 Chicago:Legendary film legend and Broadway star Lauren Bacall received the "Lifetime Achievement Award" from Chicago International Film Festival Artistic Director and founder Michael Kutza.The Chicago International Film Festival is the oldest competitive film festival in North America.Previous recipients of this award have been:Michael Douglas,Tom Cruise,Ann Margret,Jack Lemmon,Sophia Loren and others.This years black tie gala was held at the elegant McCormick Place Souty Atrium & Grand Ballroom.
