19950302 Chicago: Singer Koko Taylor opens Blues Club in Chicago .Blues singer Koko Taylor proudly put her name on Chicago's newest Blues Club."Koko Taylor's Chicago Blues" was launched with a fun press party showcasing thetalented Koko Taylor and a few of her blues buddy friends.The nightclub,formerly the "Gingerman" opened in whats known as the legendary "Division Street" or "Rush Street"area of Downtown Chicago.It's located at 7 west Division Street. Koko's nightspot is sure to draw an eclectic crowd of those loving the blues and those hoping some of her famous blues friends stop by for an impromptu jam session after their own concerts.This is where Koko fans can catch her Chicago club performances.The club serves an array of popular low priced munchies and the sight lines to the stage from the bar and other seating areas are quite good.
