20030925 Chicago: Aspiring and seasoned Chicago designers flooded the Marshall FieldÕs State Street store to present their wears to a panel of fashion experts, which included local and national fashion experts, Marshall FieldÕs buyers and Emmy Award-winning costume designer for HBOÕs ÒSex and the City,Ó Patricia Field. The panel selected one winner each from the categories of accessories and ready-to-wear.
