Jimmie "JJ" Walker from the hit 1970s TV show,"Good Times" was the celebrity guest at the Illinois Lottery party celebriting it's 30th Anniversary.Also on hand were radio V103 FM's Ramonski Luv and Joe Soto who emceed the event. FILE PHOTO
